Our primary remit is to source and acquire investment properties for sale. We focus on value-enhancing and high yielding investment opportunities, which can be acquired for short-term capital gain or long-term income generation.
Through our network of partners, we can source for investment opportunities across most key cities in the United Kingdom, with a focus on London and the South-East, South-West and Midlands.
We actively assist throughout the acquisition process, including:
- Residential and commercial property sourcing;
- Price negotiation with vendors;
- Conveyance;
- Tax Advisory and business set-up;
- Planning Applications, including C4 Status (if an HMO);
- S106 and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Negotiations;
- Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) valuations for lending institutions, developers and housing associations; and
- New homes sales.
